Policies & Pre/Post Care Information

Deposits & Cancellations

  • NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS are required for all services.

  • A minimum of 24 hours is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited, and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Appointments are AUTOMATICALLY canceled after 7 minutes if the client does not arrive and has not contacted us via text or call. Deposits will not be refunded.

  • 1st No-Call/No-Show: Deposit is retained. Full service amount is due and a new deposit is required for future appointments.

  • 2nd No-Call/No-Show: Rebooking is not allowed.

Pre/Post Waxing Guidelines

To prevent adverse skin reactions, please inform your technician if you are currently using any of the following products or medications:

  • Retin-A, Retinols

  • Vitamin A

  • Benzoyl Peroxide

  • Antibiotics (topical or oral)

These should be discontinued at least 2 weeks prior to your service.

If you have used Accutane, you must discontinue use 6 months prior to any waxing service.

 

Post Wax:

Avoid exfoliating or using scrubs in the serviced area for at least 48 hours after your appointment

Brow Tint Prep & Aftercare

  • Avoid tanning the face 24 hours before and after your tinting service.

  • Avoid scrubs and exfoliants near the brow area for a few days.

  • Tint will appear darkest in the first 48 hours. Color fades from the skin before it fades from the brow hairs.
