Get the answers you need to feel confident, prepared, and pampered before, during, and after your appointment.

How long does brow waxing last?

Most clients enjoy clean, defined brows for 3–4 weeks. Your hair growth cycle and aftercare can affect how long results last.

Will waxing make my brows thinner over time?

When done properly and consistently, waxing can lead to finer, slower regrowth—but it won’t thin your brows permanently unless hair follicles become dormant.

I’ve had a bad reaction to wax before. Can I still book?

Absolutely! We offer patch tests and use gentle wax suitable for sensitive skin. Be sure to disclose any allergies or medications so we can adjust your service.

What’s the difference between a brow tint and a brow stain?

A tint colors the brow hairs for a natural boost (lasts 4–6 weeks), while a **hybrid stain** colors both the hair and skin (giving a filled-in look for up to 10 days on skin and longer on hair).

What is brow lamination and is it right for me?

A: Lamination smooths and sets your brow hairs in place to create a fuller, brushed-up look. It’s great for unruly or sparse brows—but we’ll do a consult to make sure you’re a good candidate.

I use retinol or acne products. Can I still get waxed?

A: These products can thin the skin, increasing your risk for irritation or lifting. We recommend stopping use 2 weeks before your wax, or letting us know during your consult so we can advise safer options.

How should I prep for my brow tint or stain?

A: Come with clean, makeup-free skin. Avoid tanning or exfoliating the brow area 24 hours before your appointment for best results and longer-lasting color.

Is permanent makeup like microblading painful?

A: Most clients describe it as mild discomfort. We use numbing creams and always prioritize your comfort. A separate consent and prep guide will be emailed before your appointment.
