NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED for all services!
Minimum of 24 hours for cancellations.
Appointments are AUTOMATICALLY cancelled after 7 minutes, especially with no prior text or courtesy call. Deposit is put towards appointment time.
1st NO CALL NO SHOW=deposit retained, full amount due and new deposit must be paid for future appointment.
2nd NO CALL NO SHOW, NO REBOOKING ALLOWED!
All brow and face waxing services are followed by a light fill and face conceal so that guest are able to resume their daily duties, like it never happened!

For Eyebrow/Facial Waxing:
Please alert tech of ANY medications you are currently using In order to prevent adverse reactions to the waxing services.
It is highly recommended to discontinue use of any:
-Retin-A and retinols
-Antibiotics
-Vitamin A
-Benzoyl peroxide
Or Products with similar ingredients 2 weeks prior to service date
-Accutane: discontinue use 6 months in advance before ANY waxing service
Post wax: No facial scrubs in the serviced area recommended for the next 48 hours.

Prep & Post care for Brow Tint:
-Please avoid artificial tanning on the face within 24 hours.
-Please avoid scrubs used in the brow area for at least the next couple of days.
-Tint will appear the darkest within the first 48 hours. Color fades off of the skin first before the brow hair.
